NCERT Recruitment Educational Qualification :
Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor: For applying to these posts, candidates should have post graduation and PhD degree in the relevant field.
Librarian: An applicant for a librarian must have a Master’s degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science with at least 55% marks, or an equivalent grade in the point scale where the grading system is followed.
Also at least ten years as a Librarian at any level, ten years teaching experience as an Assistant / Associate Professor in University Library or Library Science or ten years experience as a College Librarian.
Assistant Librarian: Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Library Science, Informatics or Documentation Science or equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks.
Must have a consistently good academic record with knowledge of computerization of the library.
Application Fee Details :
Candidates belonging to General, OBC and EWS categories will have to pay an application fee of Rs 200.
While women applicants with SC, ST and PWD candidates are exempted from payment of registration fee.
