The minimum age for the posts is 30 years and maximum 40 years. Applicant must be born after 1 March 1980 and before 1 March 1990. Although this age limit is valid for 11 posts out of 14 posts, for the remaining three posts the maximum age limit is 35 years and minimum 25 years.

What is The Salary of RBI Recruitment Lateral Recruitment 2020 :

Selected candidates will get a salary package ranging from 28.20 lakh to 33.60 lakh.

 

Selection Procedure of RBI Recruitment :

Advertisements are regularly advertised in leading newspapers and employment news / employment news for posts that require people like you. Category-I in the Reserve Bank of India. The examination / interview is conducted by the Reserve Bank Services Board (RBISB) for all the posts of ie, officers. You have to send your application to the General Manager, RBISB as per the format published in the advertisement and send it along with all the related documents.

A two-stage process is followed by the board for selection.

• For most of the posts like Staff Officer Grade ‘B’ and Research Officer Grade ‘B’, you will have to go through the following procedure
  A. Objective examination
  B. Written Examination and
  C. Interview
• For some special positions like Assistant Manager (Security), Manager (Technical), Librarian etc. you only have to give interview without taking written test.

If you have to give objective and written tests and interviews also, then you will be given a detailed time table about all the three exams by the RBI. When you are found to be qualified in the objective test, then after that you will appear in the written test and after being successful in that you will have to appear in the interview. The final selection list will be prepared based on your performance in both the objective and written tests as well as interviews.

If you are selected, you will get an appointment offer from the Central Recruitment Section of the Reserve Bank of India. If you agree that the terms written in that letter are acceptable, then you have to complete certain procedures, which include medical examination, police verification report, referee report and employer report.

After completing these procedures you will receive an appointment letter, from which you will have to report to the Principal, Reserve Bank Staff College (RBSC), Chennai to participate in the introduction training program.
