Educational Qualification :
- Candidates should be Citizens of India
- Candidates should be retired Judicial Officers of Assam Judicial Service
- Candidates must have retired Civil Servants (not below the rank of secretary and Addl. Secretary) having Judicial experience
- Advocates not below the age of 35 years with at least 07 years of practice
- Candidates must have a fair knowledge of the official language of Assam and its (Assam) historical giving rise of foreigners issues.
