About HCRAJ:
The Rajasthan High Court is the High Court of the state of Rajasthan. It was established on 21 June 1949 under the Rajasthan High Court Ordinance, 1949.
The seat of the court is in Jodhpur. The court has 50 sanctioned judges. The view of the Rajasthan High Court is the Sardar Museum at Umaid Park and the upper part of Jodhpur in 1960.
Five high courts were functioning in various units of the state – Jodhpur, Jaipur, and Bikaner, the former High Court of Rajasthan and Matsya Union before the unification of Rajasthan.
The Rajasthan High Court Ordinance, 1949 abolished these various courts and provided a single High Court for the entire state.
The High Court of Rajasthan was established in Jaipur in 1949 and inaugurated on 29 August 1949 by Rajpramukh, Maharaja Sawai Man Singh, later after full unification of Rajasthan in 1956, it was recommended by the Satyanarayana Rao Committee in Jodhpur. Was moved along.
